faceT ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following information:

2. AI Image Analysis
The App uses AI models to provide image diagnosis. Currently, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-5.5) is used as the primary provider, with Anthropic Claude AI as a fallback for service continuity.

3. Data Storage and Retention

- –Results (scores and text) are stored on the server, linked to your account

- –On-device photos are deleted when the App is removed

- –When you delete your account, all related server data (results, consent records, purchase history, etc.) is deleted
- –On-device photos can be permanently removed by deleting the App
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

6. Security
We implement the following security measures to protect user information:

However, complete security on the internet cannot be guaranteed.
7. Privacy of Minors
The App is intended for users aged 17 and over.
We do not intentionally collect personal information from individuals under 17. If we become aware that such data has been provided, we will promptly delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed.
Material changes will be announced in the App. By continuing to use the App after changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Privacy Policy.
