These Terms of Service govern the use of the iOS application "faceT" (the "App") provided by StubBorn LLC (the "Operator").
Article 1 (Definitions)
1. "App" refers to faceT, an iOS image diagnosis application. 2. "Operator" refers to the entity operating the App. 3. "User" refers to any individual using the App. 4. The App provides AI image diagnosis primarily using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-5.5). For service continuity, it may fall back to Anthropic Claude AI.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
1. The App is available only to users aged 17 and over. 2. To use the App, you must agree to: 3. Use by individuals under 17 is prohibited. If false age information is provided, the responsibility lies with the user.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following when using the App:
1. Uploading images of third parties without their consent 2. Uploading sexual content (nudity, obscene images, etc.) 3. Uploading images of minors 4. Uploading violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate images 5. Using the App for unlawful purposes 6. Unauthorized access to the App's systems 7. Sending mass requests using automated tools 8. Interfering with the App's operation 9. Using diagnosis results to defame others 10. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Operator
In case of violation, the Operator may suspend, restrict, or take other measures against the user's account without prior notice.
Article 4 (Automated Image Screening)
1. The App may use AI to automatically screen uploaded images and refuse diagnosis for images judged inappropriate. 2. The Operator is not obligated to disclose the criteria or accuracy of automated screening, and cannot accept appeals against screening decisions. 3. When diagnosis is refused via automated screening, no diagnosis count is consumed.
Article 5 (Payments and Refunds)
1. Paid content within the App is provided through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. 2. Refunds follow Apple's policies. The Operator cannot independently issue refunds. 3. Purchased diagnosis credits remain valid during the App's service period.
Article 6 (User Responsibility)
1. Users use the App at their own responsibility and bear all responsibility for use. 2. If a user's violation causes damage to the Operator or third parties, the user is liable for compensation. 3. Users resolve disputes with third parties at their own responsibility and expense; the Operator bears no responsibility. 4. Use by minors is deemed to be under guardian supervision.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The App is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or completeness. 2. Analysis results are statistical estimates from AI pattern analysis and do not represent personal value or superiority. 3. Diagnosis results are reference information only and do not guarantee actual impressions or evaluations. 4. The Operator bears no responsibility for damages arising from App use. Where liability is incurred, it is limited to the amount paid by the user in the most recent month. 5. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to network or system issues. 6. The Operator may charge users for costs (including AI processing costs) incurred from images that violate prohibited conduct.
Article 8 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
Users represent and warrant that they are not antisocial forces (organized crime groups, members thereof, related companies, racketeers, etc.). If found to be such, the Operator may immediately suspend service.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
1. Copyright, trademarks, and other IP related to the App belong to the Operator or other rightsholders. 2. Copyright of user-uploaded images belongs to the user or the original rightsholder. 3. Users may not reproduce, repost, or distribute information obtained through the App beyond personal use.
Article 10 (Service Changes and Termination)
1. The Operator may change App contents without prior notice. 2. The Operator may suspend or terminate service in the following cases: 3. The Operator has no obligation to refund unused diagnosis credits at termination. 4. The Operator bears no responsibility for damages arising from changes or termination.

- –Other cases deemed necessary by the Operator
Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)
1. The Operator may modify these Terms as necessary. 2. Modified Terms take effect upon posting in the App. 3. By continuing to use the App after modification, users are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be interpreted under Japanese law. 2. Disputes regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
