How long does a diagnosis take?
Typically 30 seconds to 1 minute. It may take 2 minutes or more if the AI server is busy or your connection is slow.
Are my photos stored on the server?
No. Photos are sent directly to the Anthropic API for analysis but never stored on our servers. Only the diagnosis results are linked to your account. On-device photos are permanently removed when you delete the App.
I got an "inappropriate image" error
This appears when no face is detected, multiple faces are present, image quality is too low, or the AI detected inappropriate content. Try a different photo. No diagnosis count is consumed when an image is rejected.
I can't make a purchase / my purchase isn't reflected
Try again from "Settings → Purchase additional credits" or the CTA on the diagnosis screen. If the issue persists, check your purchase history under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and contact us via the form.
How do I delete my account?
Go to "Settings → Delete Account" in the App. All server data including diagnosis results, purchase history, and consent records will be permanently removed. Re-registering will not restore data.

How accurate are the diagnosis results?
Reference information from AI pattern analysis, intended for entertainment purposes. Results do not guarantee actual impressions or evaluations. See the Terms of Service for details.
