Scans are performed on your iPhone, and results usually appear within a few seconds. Makeovers (the AI photo feature) require a network connection and take about 20 seconds per photo.

Photos used for scans are not sent to our servers; scoring is performed on your iPhone. Only when you use makeovers, the source photo (including the reference photo, if you choose one) is sent to generate the image. Generated photos are kept on our servers only until your device receives them and are deleted after receipt is confirmed. Photos that are not received are deleted after three days have passed since generation. Your scan records are stored on your iPhone and in your private iCloud database.

This appears when no face is visible, the face is too small, the photo is blurry or too dark, the photo shows several people and you cannot be identified, or the AI judged the content inappropriate. Photos with several people are scanned only when the App can identify and crop you as the registered user. Please try another photo. No points are used for photos that could not be scanned.

In the app, open Settings, tap a plan under “Choose a plan,” and tap “Restore” at the bottom of the screen that opens. If the issue persists, check your purchase history in the iPhone Settings app under Apple ID → Subscriptions.

The App has no accounts or sign-in. In the App, go to Settings → Delete all data to erase your scan history, current bests, and face verification data (records synced to iCloud are deleted as well). You can cancel a subscription in the iPhone Settings app under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
